Brown: not only the color of fallen leaves and fireplace logs, it's the color of baking. Cooler temperatures mean the oven is no longer my enemy. The three bananas ripening on my shelf will soon be turned in to banana bread. And, of course, I'll share the recipe with you.

Meredith, I just love your blog! You have such great taste! I don't know if you remember me, but we were in the same married student ward in Provo (College Park).
