This past Thursday I alluded to a fantastic recipe for banana bread. Today I'm going to share it with you.
I grew up eating banana bread. I've been trying one recipe after another in search for the best one for as long as I can remember. Last year, the search ended when I found this one: it's perfect! Moist and buttery with a soft crumb and just the right amount of banana flavor, I can guarantee it won't sit on your counter for long. Most quick bread recipes recommend that you wrap the bread in plastic wrap overnight before slicing in to it. With this one, however, I recommend quite the opposite. When it's fresh out of the oven, the crust is sweet and crunchy - it's my favorite part.

I just made banana bread also. I guess we are both awesome.
