I've recently become obsessed with bunting. I had no idea there were so many stylish ways to create and use it. They instantly add pizazz to any special occasion. And why not Halloween? Here's a wonderful tutorial by Jordan Ferney on how you can make your own bunting using string and tissue paper - things we all have around the house, right?
All you have to do to make it Halloween appropriate is use the right colors: black, white, orange...maybe a little silver or gold? Try tying a plastic spider to a string and hanging it on one portion of the bunting, too. I'd string my creation across the porch before the trick or treaters start milling about. Or maybe in the entryway.
Have a look at these beautiful buntings for some design inspiration.
