This year I decided to make caramel popcorn for our Christmas gifts to the neighbors. I found this recipe from Martha and set to work. A few sticky bowls and shouts of praise for the Silpat later the crunchy confection was complete. I packaged it in brown paper bags tied with grosgrain ribbon and finished with a free printable label.

I wish I lived close enough to get one! They are yummy, I'm sure. Also, isn't the Silpat the greatest invention ever made? We rolled out gingerbread cookies and didn't even need to flour it!
