family photos for charity

I just learned from Jordan's blog that Jonathan Canlas is donating the proceeds of all family portraits from now through June to a friend, Sarah's, cancer treatments.  I've been a huge fan of Jonathan's work for years.  He shoots only film and the photographs are amazing.

You can see more of his family shoots here and learn about Sarah's story here.  Please, if you're planning on having family portraits done this summer consider Jonathan - to help a beautiful woman and her adorable family.  He's local to Utah but he'll travel anywhere.  And, if they reach their goal of raising $10k, every family who participates gets a 5x7 disc for free (it's a $900 value).  There's really no down side.
