49 & holding

This invitation suite by Tenn Henns Design is so creatively and beautifully done.  Designed for a client's 49th birthday party, the theme 49 & holding is so clever.  The invitations were inspired by a vintage deck of playing cards. 

The subtle wood grain background, lined envelopes, gorgeous illustrations and font selection - all the little details really add up to a stellar design.  I'd RSVP to this party in a heartbeat, wouldn't you?
