It is a gray, wet day here but somehow it makes me notice all the flowers that are blooming even more than I normally would. I love spring and I'll gladly take the days of rain that come with it if it means an opportunity to transform the brown winter to a bright, green landscape.
It's inspiring me to brighten the inside of my home, as well. I'd love to recover some chairs or pillows in some of these beautiful vintage-inspired fabrics from Pretty Little Prints.
The last of the drywall is scheduled to be hung tomorrow. But tonight, we'll be taking a break from home-remodeling and taking the little one out for pizza. With all the work that's been going on it's been hard to find time to just hang out with each other. Tonight is the perfect time to correct that.

We had a fun game night with some friends. Great way to spend the evening! But Saturday we had a great date for our 6th year Anniversary! Ate out, saw a movie, and got a gift. It was pretty near perfection.
