book list: i love dirt!

I saw this book awhile back and now that it's getting to be perfect play outside weather I just can't stop thinking about it. 

I feel that it's so important to teach my son to appreciate nature and the wonders of the natural world that's all around him.  Having lived in the city my whole life, I know how easy it can be to forget to experience it.  But with a little effort it's just as easy to help children fall in love with the outdoors.  It's so natural for little ones!  This book's been added to my "get this" book list.

I"m going geocaching with my preschool kids tomorrow for our last day of preschool! No funner way to get dirty in the outdoors! There are great geocaches out there in Utah. Can't wait to do some together!
